We offer this because we stand by our quality and rest assured, if you get a repair done through us, you have a peace of mind. Our return policy reflects our simple, straightforward, no-strings approach. Every repair comes with a guarantee; you’ll get what you asked for.
Physical Warranty
In the event that a device malfunctions after the repair is completed due to a defective part, the device may be returned or shipped to a Matrix Mobile store for inspection. The warranty is limited to the parts and/or services that were paid for. The warranty covers the cost of labour and the replacement of part(s). If services weren’t retained and only parts were purchased, then the warranty only covers the replacement of part(s).
The warranty does not cover defects resulting from mishandling, physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modification or unauthorized repair (repair conducted by another party, someone other than Matrix Mobile). This warranty is void if there is evidence that the device(s) were mishandled or the seal is broken.
Software Warranty
In the event that a device malfunctions after the software service is completed, the device may be returned or shipped to a Matrix Mobile store for inspection. The warranty is limited to the services that were paid for. The warranty covers the cost of labour along with software installation and configuration.
The software warranty applies to malware removal, performance optimization, software configuration and installation, data backup and transfer, and factory restore. The warranty does not cover defects resulting from mishandling, unauthorized modification or unauthorized repair (repair conducted by another party, someone other than Matrix Mobile). This warranty is void if there is evidence that the device(s) were mishandled – unauthorized software installed, unsafe browsing habits, anti-malware software deactivated or OS modification.
This warranty is non-transferable and it may not be sold or offered by an unauthorized reseller, distributor or partner.
